Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our 3D-printed miniatures, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the item and the packaging.
Items must be unused and in the condition you received them.
We’ll review the issue and, if approved, offer either:
A replacement of the same item at no additional cost, or
A full or partial refund depending on the nature of the issue.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
