Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our 3D-printed miniatures, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Include clear photos of the item and the packaging.

• Items must be unused and in the condition you received them.

We’ll review the issue and, if approved, offer either:

• A replacement of the same item at no additional cost, or

• A full or partial refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
